PT Company is an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation facility. Our clinic provides restorative and professional patient care services. The goal of PT Company is to improve its patients’ quality of life by application of rehabilitation and restorative services.

PT Company was founded by President and CEO Eddie Crocker, P.T., in 2001 after working as a physical therapist and administrator for a large corporation for over 12 years. Mr. Crocker’s main objective was to build a private physical therapy practice that provides one-on-one care with superior outcomes. His main goals are:

To provide quality patient care to patients referred to the clinic because of threatened or impaired ability to function secondary to disease or injury, and;
To focus primarily on those individuals whose potential or actual impairment is related to neuromusculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems.
To deliver physical therapy and rehabilitation services on-site to the industries in the form of a mobile clinic.
To assist other therapist in beginning their own private practice

PT Company is made up of a team of physical therapists and physical therapists' assistants who strive to provide optimum services and programs which will contribute to the physical well being of the population served.
