Pre
Employment Screenings
A physical performance test contains an evaluation of the potential
employee’s strength and endurance relative to the job requirements.
The results are compared in relation to the strength and endurance
requirements that were derived from an analysis of the job for
which the potential employee is in consideration.
A score is given for the overall ranking. This performance test
used in combination with a nerve conduction velocity test can help
an employer to make an educated decision in the hiring process.
The strength and endurance portion of the test may be altered to
fit specific job requirements.
The benefits of an extensive pre employment screening is a determination
of the applicant’s overall potential for being able to perform
the essential job functions to match the applicant to the correct
job and also to establish a baseline of where the applicant is
physically at the time of hiring. This will be beneficial if a
work-related injury should occur at a later date.
Drug screens and vision screenings are also offered.
